                        Black Headed Weaver with nests photographed outside the Southern Sun Hotel in Dar es Salaam

                            These highly gregarious (when breeding) birds have made their nests at the entrance to the hotel

                            right on the road with cars coming and going and they are not put off at all. They weave their

                            nests using the long narrow leaves from the tree.
